The contribution was given as part of the DGN Congress 2016 in Mannheim. He vividly explains the occurrence of “neuronal plasticity” through the simultaneous activity of nerve cells. This can be seen in changes on different levels, for example in the behavior of a living being (see Pavlov), in “remodeling processes” on or regulations in nerve cells (see Kandel). I have dealt with the subject in the context of my scientific doctoral thesis and summarize here the conclusions that resulted for me and their application to life.
